At the Police Station
If you are arrested then inform the police that you would like to be represented by Glanville Robinson Solicitorsand we will attend quickly. This will be free of charge whatever your finances.
If you have been asked to attend the police station to be interviewed then simply contact us and we will attend with you.
We provide representation at the police station 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
We are located a short distance from Devonport Naval Base and Stonehouse Barracks and regularly advise and represent service personnel under investigation by military police and in proceedings before courts martial.
At the Magistrates Court
If you have been charged or summonsed to attend the Magistrates Court we can provide representation at almost anywhere in the country. We will advise you whether you are eligible for legal aid and assist you with your application.
We provide a high quality of legal service combined with a reassurance you will be dealt with fairly. We understand that attending court is an extremely daunting prospect.
At the Crown Court
Mackenzie Robinson is a Higher Court Advocate with substantial experience of serious cases. He also works closely with a selection of very experienced, respected barristers. We will ensure that you have the best representation in the Crown Court and that your case is given the respect and attention it deserves.
Military Personnel
The military legal aid scheme covers a solicitor advsing you while under investigation by Military Police. We have substantial experience ofSIB Investigations, Captain's Table, Admiralty Board, Courts Martial and Summary Appeals.
